Before starting Ascend, I spent years as the sole BD person inside agencies — DAC Group, Adapt Worldwide and Stripe Communications. Every time, I walked in to find the same thing: no CRM, no contacts, no process, no pipeline. I built it from scratch each time. Ascend exists so agencies don't have to figure that out alone.
